Speaking as a person who has extreme anxiety issues, Dr. Kapadia was very patient with me, and the hygienist were awesome as well. While the dentist is doing his work, she was reassuring me and they both wanted to make sure I was okay. Not only that, but the dentist is not all high on himself. When I had questions he would actually talk to me himself not give information second hand. Also, the office is brand new and so it is very clean. I appreciate all the work he has done so far and will continue to in the foreseeable future. Almost 2 years and Dr. Kapadia knew exactly who I was and came in with that same amazing Smile! He was disappointed that I took so long to schedule a new appointment and that I actually considered a new Dentist. I told him I thought it was going to be very expensive so I chose a Quantity over Quality. However, when I saw his Smile and genuine care for my OVERALL Health I knew I would NEVER choose Quantity ever again. So if you are looking for a Forever Dentist choose White Rose Family Dental! I’ve had the best experience with this dentist, he was caring, patience and very gentle, he there to help you, not lot some dentists that have you in a lot of pain, not this one, he does very good work, I would definitely recommend him. This is the first time that I’ve ever felt heard, accepted, and not judged. He gave me the best advice and really has me looking forward to transforming my teeth/dental hygiene.. I hate my smile and I hate my teeth and I wanted them all pulled, but he let me know that that was the worst decision ever. So he is helping me create a dental plan to get my one cavity repaired, sent me a referral to get my wisdom teeth pulled, and he was just so honest and loving, I really appreciate that type of energy. Having a horrible smile is one of my biggest insecurities, but I didn’t feel judged, even the dental hygienist assistant that was working with me was so so so sweet. She was amazing, she was awesome, you can tell that he cares about his patients and his practice and he really has a good team working with him. They were in the middle of remodeling during my appointment and she apologized for the noise which didn’t bother me, but they are just really nice people. I’m not ashamed or embarrassed anymore, I look forward to starting a new teeth journey with him. His personality is just amazing, I read reviews before I went there and he has nothing but great reviews and they still don’t do him justice. he is just so honest, friendly, professional, and respectable. The way that he spoke to me and gave me advice/honesty comforted me so much. He is a really great dentist, he knows what he’s talking about, he’s not in it for the money. yes, I’m sure his paychecks matter to him, but he won’t misguide you or mislead you just because it makes him money. I actually found the dentist that I would like to build with and continue my teeth journey, and I couldn’t be more grateful. He is a great man, the personalities of the receptionist at the front desk, the dental hygienist, and his self are just unremarkable. Never experienced that type of Energy -welcoming or being serviced at the dentist. I’m 35 years old and I am grateful to have met this man because I am about to transform everything. I recommend 10,000/10 if you want to find an honest, respectable dentist! you definitely need to come to White Rose because it’s amazing.
